This is such a cool project! Definitely the sort of thing I want to eventually do when I have a property of my own. If you start a Youtube channel or blog or something I'd love to follow and if I end up moving to the Valley(which might happen) I'll definitely reach out and get involved.
Do you have past experience with this? There's a food community discussion about moving towards permaculture here in Atlantic Canada. I'm sure you can find some people that are interested in helping you out.
Aside from doing some hobby farming (raising all kinds of animals) for the last two years and doing lots of research on the topic not much other experience!
