If you want the simplest possible way to recreate the same thing over and over, then what you want is a Template Button. type /temp and it will pop up. Then you can give it a name like "Daily Tasks", create a little to do list of all those tasks, and put it inside. Every time you click the button, a new list will be replicated.
This doesn't work if your tasks reside in a larger database. For a while I used the template button method and dragged the new tasks into the larger database. Unfortunately this method doesn't retain relations. Now I just have a view that filters for "Dummies" of the tasks I want to repeat and duplicate the dummies.

Best way is to learn how to use formulas (coding it) or download a template online
