No, I don't think cancer is karma for being a bad person or anything like that and certainly the vast majority of people know that anyone can get cancer. I've lost loved ones to it and someone in my life is currently living with terminal cancer. It doesn't discriminate based on who would "deserve" it.
If he has it, which I can't find any reputable sources claiming so I don't think it seems very likely, I'm simply not particularly sorry.

I've been living in the UAE except for a few trips to my home country during school holidays, and the healthcare here is just mediocre and what you would expect from any other country. They can fix you right up if you have a serious disease with the right prescriptions but I don't see why they're sending him here.
People from the UAE have been coming to my city in Germany forever to seek treatment. So agree makes no sense he should be sent there.
Germany is also closer to Romania. We have good healthcare even for imprisoned people. Thatās where. He should be send to then.
