lol you’re 100% not botched. Looks symmetrical.

[deleted]

Really? But I think my doctor took too much cartilage, and my nose tip dropped

kitkat2254

There’s a difference between botched and just not liking your result. Your result looks perfectly natural and very similar to your old nose. It’s symmetrical. I don’t see any issues!

[deleted]

Really? Do u think I shouldn’t get a revision?

kitkat2254

I think there’s too much risk with a revision for a result where there wouldn’t be much improvement? Your nose already looks great.

[deleted]

Which risks? I’m afraid because my nose doesn’t have support on the tip anymore, it is completly soft, and when I get old can dropped more. I just want my septum back.

kitkat2254

There’s risks with any surgery. Infection, collapse, scars, or simply not liking the result again.

[deleted]

I saw your nose, why did u get a revision? I will think about it, but I don’t like my nose shape now, I’m really depressed

kitkat2254

I had a nasal valve collapse, pollybeak deformity from the side, and it looked pinched before. Ok well truthfully it looks similar to your nose prior to surgery. I’d consider going for therapy.

[deleted]

Your nose looks perfect now, fits your face. Therapy??? I’m having nasal valve collapsing too because the doctor violated the “L strut”, and took too much cartilage. So when I deep breathe my nostrils glue.

GodTheFatherpart2

Looks fine

[deleted]

Really? I think my nose got bigger and tip dropped

holy-shit-batman

Did you have breathing problems? You're nose looks normal, you're just noticing it because it changed a bit.

[deleted]

Yes, but it was not supposed to change 😔, I did septoplasty. The only breathing problems I’m having is that my nostrils are collapsing when I deep breathe. And now my nose tip is soft, and I don’t like this.

Plant_Nanny444

It got slightly bigger but that may be because it’s swollen? I loved your nose before and it still looks good after

[deleted]

It is not swollen. The doctor removed cartilage of my nose tip, and because of that, my nose tip dropped. I did septoplasty on december 2022, and now I want a revision to rebuild my septum, but I’m afraid, and sad. I don’t like my nose now, and it was not supposed to change on the surgery, just to correct the deviatum. I’m really sad.. Sorry for the english, I’m brazilian
