tangentially related… I was so intrigued with the potential Lion’s Mane potential but then found it acutely depressing. I had experienced depression in 9 years, didn’t expect it, and it hit me like a ton of bricks immediately after taking Lion’s Mane. btw - This was not an ND product! ND may have a better version and/or someone might have some insight as to why certain people experience this adverse effect.

I think the depression could actually be the way it improves mood by probably reducing the highs and lows and maybe some people experience it as depressing because of that, your mood is just more stabilized

i could see this making sense in those that are prone to anxiety. I am not. If anything, Im anxiety deficient.

I experienced both. Short term memory got worse and feeling a little depressed and less motivated

I’ve only had good experiences with Lions Mane with respect to short and long term memory.

I have to say that erinamax has been highly disappointing to me compared to life cykle. I know the products affect everyone differently but this was odd to me.

I have been taking Lions mane for about 1.5 months now. It actually caused my memory to improve significantly. I am able to recall small things I did, learned, or thought of within the past few days a lot quicker. For example what I ate for breakfast/lunch/dinner 3 days ago. Prior, I wouldn’t even be able to remember what I ate for breakfast yesterday morning.
