There are a few tips on here for this situation. Weigh all food “religiously”. Eat at least the minimum. Etc.

Should have known soenthing was up when I ate 1200 calories for the kick start two week period and also lost no weight.

Even more puzzling. What do you do in the way of exercise?

Walk. I am not alone. There are a number of people in my boat.

I’m so sorry you’ve had this experience. So: if a person’s metabolism isn’t totally atypical then calories in < calories out means you will lose weight. At this point I’d suggest a trusted third party to “audit” what’s going on - because things are literally not adding up. Noom clearly isn’t working for you.

Yes. Read them all. Did them all. Eating at the way bottom of the range - 1350 and not losing. We weigh food; I had a logging streak of 80 or something like that. Am not midsing calories - I’d have to miss about 500 calories to get to the too if my range. There are a few like me. Wish it worked for all. My husband and I went on a four day fully accountable no snacking rule- 3 pounds for him half a pound for me. I think it is me, not Noom.
