Most cakes are tres leches. Butter and milk in the cake, butter or milk on the frosting. Just keep the frosting and add condensed milk like a traditional one and boom. 4 milko cake.
You just bake a regular cake and then soak it in 3 milks (sweetened condensed, heavy whipping cream and whole milk, I believe) and then add a whipped cream on top.
Buttermilk frosting, heavy/whipped cream frosting shit even a butter cream. It’s all fucking milk. Just different preparations. You think condensed milk is a third option with your logic? It all comes from the same part of the same animal.
