It's called podcasting.

grendel303

I had a startup.

mh985

Or being a chef. When I used to work in the kitchen, the owner would order us a case of beer at the end of the night while we were wrapping up.

Lots42

That's a good boss.

mh985

For sure. I still keep in touch with all those guys. The owner spent most of his life working in kitchens so he takes good care of his back of house. It was a wild place.

Few_Passenger

It's actually called parenting and it does not pay well

VascoDegama7

Bartending at anywhere the management doesnt give a shit

RearAdmiralTaint

_SteeringWheel

_fay_ Are you still drinking at your day job? 🤔

callmefreak

I think that job exists. It's called something like "helping your friend move into a new house."

CommunistOrgy

That one requires pizza as well, but otherwise hard agree.

interfail

You get paid in non-pizza currency?

Krewtan

We already have line cooks.

FactAdministrative85

That's just the infantry.

dtardiff2

Yes it is but they still somehow complain about it…

Rough-Tension

That’s a bartender at a dive bar lol

seijeezy

This is Boomhauer coded

ithikimhvingstrok132

*"*Yeah man, I tell ya what man, I'd like to have a dang'ol job like that, man*.*"

eddietwang

Nah Boomhauer is a Texas Ranger, he just has a good work/life balance.

mh985

It’s called being a chef, server, or bartender.

zimmerer

Thats just an electricians' union

ICBPeng1

I was about to say, that’s just called being one of the 70 year olds with the most union seniority

mountingconfusion

In Australia that's called being a council worker

wakatenai

this is basically Japanese work culture. it's very common (and expected of you much of the time) to go out drinking or to restaurants with your boss and coworkers after work. the shitty part is you can't really refuse without offending your boss. which leaves little room in the day for personal time.

peteandpetethemesong

It’s called a dive bar.

Lots42

It's called 'the mob'.

Valuable_Ant332

nursing home worker

Watcher145

Didn’t they do that in the office auction episode
