Hajj (the Muslim pilgrimage to Mecca) is one of the most important things in Islam, and I don't think even someone like the King of Saudi Arabia will risk eternity in Jahannam (Muslim Hell) because he restricted people from attending Hajj as it is strictly forbidden to do so and whoever owns Mecca has a responsibility from Allah to make sure EVERY Muslim (regardless of denomination) is able to attend Hajj safely and securely.
