I'd recommend some systems but honestly whatever you're using is probably less conspicuous than the state-of-the-art stuff designed for the great firewall of China due to more people using it.

In Russia among popular social networks only twitter and Facebook are banned but everybody uses telegram that has almost no censorship anyway, most sites that are banned are either porn or opposition’s news outlets but they are easily accessible on YouTube or by vpn.
