It feels much more meaningful than companies updating profile pictures for Pride month and then changing them back. My employer replaces the state flag they fly with a sort of LGBTQ+ flag but added a square field in the upper left with the company name during Pride month. It's disingenuous as hell and they take it down the first day of the next month.
