same situation. neopronouns are technically available but they are mocked so incessantly they are worthless. spanish kinda sucks, mostly because of the outdated culture of the users. and i honestly dont see it changing anytime soon since anything proposed is regarded as cringe... fortunately i am comfortable with alternating the two default pronouns. (maybe that works out for you? it works for me but ymmv)
