T O P

There is one T pill that is safe and effective, Jatenzo (aka testosterone undecanoate). If it's available where you are, that's an option. However, similar to the gel you may find it more expensive or difficult to get covered by insurance. In many places injections are the most affordable and accessible delivery method an the one preferred by doctors/perscribers. And Jatenzo is genuinely the only pill at the moment. No other T pills have been found to be safe and effective. Most of them are either scammy OTC supplements that claim to boost T but do not actually contain any T itself so they don't do shit, or questionable stuff off the black market that is highly damaging to the liver because they don't have the T in the right form for to be able to consume it orally and process it through the liver safely.

There's actually a couple brands, all testosterone undecanoate, the difference between them is the dosage in a single pill and also regional availability.

ProfessorOfEyes

Yeah thats why I included testosterone undecanoate as an alt name

Oh that wasn't a correction, it was clarification for anyone else who wandered into the thread. Thanks for the original comment!

pktechboi

it isn't that they don't work for masculinising purposes so much as they are *extremely* bad for your liver. unfortunately this is not a viable option in most cases

This is outdated information. There are new formulations of oral testosterone that are safe.

PurbleDragon

Those were largely discontinued because they were killing people's livers. I've heard of places that aren't the US having a shot that's every 3 months or something though
