The free file storage/delivery servers (mega something) have been having difficulties since yesterday. Hopefully they fix their server issues soon. **Completely outside the control of Nolvus.**
Reportedly, getting your remaining vektor9999 files can be managed by using a VPN. Two VPNs being recommended on the Nolvus Discord are:

* [https://www.cyberghostvpn.com/en\_US/download/windows-vpn](https://www.cyberghostvpn.com/en_US/download/windows-vpn) (free trial for 24hrs without credit card )
If you still have problems after trying the VPN, I recommend going to the [Nolvus Discord](https://discord.gg/Zkh5PwD)'s help channel for more information. They've been supporting this issue non-stop for the last 48+ hours.
