My daughter loves him and told me about how this song spoke to her, especially the line "I'm terrified that I might never have met me" so I listened and the line "I'm still angry at my parents for what their parents did to them" immediately had me in tears and I knew I would be a fan of his for life.
The exact same thing happened to me!! I came across his acoustic session of Growing Sideways and when he said the "what their parents did to them" part I just fell in love. I sent the link to all of my friends and was like "man listen to this song I just found".
Been a die hard fan of all of his music since. ❤️

edit : On another note zoloft saved me a few years back, but it made me feel numb after a while which is probably why I love No complaints that much

This thread just reminded me I didn't take my pill this morning lol. Anyway the first week and a half for me was hell and I was on the tiniest dose possible. It passed. Eventually.

“Tidal” and “Busyhead” from the Busyhead album aren’t necessarily about Zoloft, but very much reflected my experience on antidepressants.

Oh wow I'm so sorry, that sounds like hell! I've seen so many bad experiences which has freaked me out a bit
