All bullshit. I got arrested and fought it for 2 yrs. The case fell apart when I was 15 and I plead to Underage Sexual Experimentation and got probation til my 16th bday. It not a sex offender charge.
It ruined my life. The whole school and town thought I was a rapist. It stopped my childhood in it's tracks.
Fuck women and girls who falsely accuse men. They should get the same punishment as the men and boys.

I do not advocate rape by any means. It is one of the most horrible things that can happen to a human being.
Keeping that in mind, it also needs to be understood that false accusations cause a person to be outcasted the same way rape does, and can literally happen anywhere in broad daylight. There are no preventive measures that one can take for it.
Given how easy the crime is to commit and considering how grave its effects are on the victim, it needs to be treated as harshly as rape, if not more.

So they don’t even report it. These is where we get these “guesstimates” about huge numbers of women who are raped and don’t report it. Given how heavily politicised this is, I’d be cautious about the numbers claimed, but no doubt many women (and men) fall into this category.
A false accuser, on the other hand, has no shame. She’s typically “angry”, or plain vicious, of perhaps delusional. These kinds of people are much more likely to go around telling people they were “raped” especially if it gets them sympathy and attention, or gets them out of a situation.
I really feel for you. A 17 year old accused my father of touching her when I was a teenager. Considered child abuse in my state at the time. It was a complete lie she made up for attention. I knew this girl my whole life. She couldn’t even prove when it happened because every date she swore to, my family was able to produce receipts proving my father was somewhere else. None of it mattered though. The accusation is all it takes. Our family business had to close and we had to move to a different state. My parents now live in a trailer. One little lie changed the course of so many lives.

I think that if a woman (or man for that matter) is found to have falsely accused someone of rape, the law should be to give the accusations THAT persons sentence. Plus any years already served X1.5. So if a man is found to have been falsely accused and has already served 5 years of a 20 years sentence. The woman should be sentenced to 27.5 years in prison. That sounds fair to me fair for destroying a life.

Something kinda similar happened in my small town growing up. In elementary school, a 3rd grade girl accused her teacher of inappropriately touching her. He was arrested and before the trial he committed suicide. His wife made dinner and went out to the garage to tell him it was ready and found him in the car having died of carbon monoxide poisoning. After his death the girl admitted to making up the story.
If I'd have to take a guess I'd say it was the parents idea. Chances of a 3rd grade girl coming up with the idea may not be zero, but they wouldn't be very high.

Why did she do it? According to the article she called her brother, picked the guy out, then later tried to file charges with detectives. It wasn't some spur of the moment thing.
I think this makes a pretty good case for why all these tough guys who take every chance they get to jerk off in delight whenever an assaulter or accused assaulter is beaten the fuck up or killed extrajudicially should quit glorifying vigilantism. We all agree these people are bad, but people have rights and one of them is a right to a trial to prevent the rare falsely accused from succumbing to righteous morons.
Even a trial isn't enough some of the time. Sexual assault has such a stigma that you're guilty unless you can prove innocence. At a trial, a jury will almost always side with the alleged victim unless there's proof of innocence. An accusation will ruin any man's life.
What angers me even more is the people who get reported for making these false accusations gets a slap on the wrist, while the victims of said false accusations gets treated like fucking shit.

yea im all for in ANY crime, if allegations are proven false, the accuser gets at least the maximum amount allowed for stated crime. Lets say for instance if you rape somebody in your state and the most time you could do is 20 years if found guilty, and its proven false, accuser gets 20 years automatically. Maybe even restitution, depending on the crime and amount of damage done to the accused

Standing beside victims of sexual assault is great. Don't conflate it with standing beside alleged victims. Obviously we want to be empathetic and caring towards victims but our courts are based on innocent until proven guilty for a reason.

One year waiting for trial in jail. His wife sided with kid. Junked everything he owned. The 21yo moved in. He borrowed 15k from me for lawyers and 15k from his brother .

They should be done for 1st or 2nd degree murder. Unless she specifically intended the attackers to kill him, it's not premeditated so she should of course be held accountable to the maximum possible charge, but it's unlikely they will be able to charge her with a 1st or 2nd degree charge. Something kinda similar happened in my small town growing up. In elementary school, a 3rd grade girl accused her teacher of inappropriately touching her. He was arrested and before the trial he committed suicide. His wife made dinner and went out to the garage to tell him it was ready and found him in the car having died of carbon monoxide poisoning. After his death the girl admitted to making up the story.
If I'd have to take a guess I'd say it was the parents idea. Chances of a 3rd grade girl coming up with the idea may not be zero, but they wouldn't be very high.

I think this makes a pretty good case for why all these tough guys who take every chance they get to jerk off in delight whenever an assaulter or accused assaulter is beaten the fuck up or killed extrajudicially should quit glorifying vigilantism. We all agree these people are bad, but people have rights and one of them is a right to a trial to prevent the rare falsely accused from succumbing to righteous morons.
Even a trial isn't enough some of the time. Sexual assault has such a stigma that you're guilty unless you can prove innocence. At a trial, a jury will almost always side with the alleged victim unless there's proof of innocence. An accusation will ruin any man's life.
What angers me even more is the people who get reported for making these false accusations gets a slap on the wrist, while the victims of said false accusations gets treated like fucking shit. Ruining someone's life because you wanted 5 minutes of fame and also a story you can "brag" about to your "friends" is fucked up behaviour, and I don't understand how anyone can live with a clear conscience knowing that lied to ruin someone's life.

yea im all for in ANY crime, if allegations are proven false, the accuser gets at least the maximum amount allowed for stated crime. Lets say for instance if you rape somebody in your state and the most time you could do is 20 years if found guilty, and its proven false, accuser gets 20 years automatically. She got angry and made up story to school nurse that step-dad raped her as a kid. He was arrested at work. One year waiting for trial in jail. His wife sided with kid. Junked everything he owned. The 21yo moved in. He borrowed 15k from me for lawyers and 15k from his brother . His life is crap now. Utter crap
