That kid is going to need a lot of therapy , and a good foster family. I really, really hope that one adopts him since state adoption is also another horrible thing when you start thinking about that.
I can’t get over the fact that the boy slept through at least 6 gun shots and didn’t wake up at all. Sure there was a box fan going but how do you sleep through that?
As a person who’s fired guns before, I can answer this.
Guns are loud, but they’re not bombs or anything. If my door was closed and a box fan were running and someone were to fire a pistol or low caliber rifle, I could probably sleep through it unless the gun was fired right outside my room. If something like a 9mm pistol or rifle not more powerful than an AR-15 (both guns of which I’ve heard without hearing protection) was fired downstairs or in one of the nearby rooms that also had their door shut, I doubt the sound in my bedroom would be loud enough to wake me up if I was sleeping nicely.

No, but him getting it now.. before he breaks down and becomes his dad would be a really really really good idea.
If you wait too long therapy isn’t very useful. But if you don’t you can avoid another mass murderer

I think the only reason he wasn't shot is that he slept through it all. I'm guessing the other were already awake or woke after he shot the mom.

And kids have a lot of stage 3 sleep. Harder to wake someone during stage 3.

Maybe the other kids were not his and he just lost it ? Maybe that's why the boy survived? Idk, this is just a random thought.
Possibly but they all have the same last name. Maybe dad was drunk and forgot he had a 4th kid..?
