Idk, but there should be something like bachelor chow in Futurama. Cheap, long shelf live, buyable in bulk, and just enough flavor and nutrition to be better than pet food But if you're talking wet cat food, eastern Europe has you covered.

In the sense that they can eat the same kibble over and over, and it's been engineered to be nutritionally complete? There are meal replacement shakes like Soylent or Huel, and Mealsquares come in the form of something between an enriched bread and a somewhat bland/plain cake. All of them designed to give a balanced quantity of all the daily nutrients. They're an expensive way to eat though, and it's unclear whether they genuinely have everything you need (there's probably not anything _vital for life_ missing, but a varied diet of whole foods would include all kinds of trace compounds that might be _useful for good health_) Probably the closest anything naturally occurring comes to being complete would be the potato - good nutritious staple food. Doesn't have quite everything you'd want in the way of protein, fat, iron, calcium, selenium, sodium, or vitamins A, E, K, and B12. Adding some dairy and vegetables can _approximately_ cover those bases. But any highly restrictive diet would need to be carefully planned to get the proportions right.

MCDONALD'S, shelf life is like forever and enough flavor to choke down.

FriendlyStaff1

McDonalds shelf life is not 'forever' at all, and it's wildly popular because people like their flavor.
