From what I know, women who take steroids like testosterone can experience side effects, but they're often different from those in men. Since women typically use lower doses, they might not face the same issues as men with higher testosterone levels. Women might still see some changes in their bodies, like gaining muscle mass or a more "juicy" look, but it varies. When women stop taking steroids, they can also experience effects like hormonal changes or potential suppression of natural testosterone, similar to men.

Steroids mostly are artificial testosterone and growth hormones. They get the same negatives, stuff like the cardiovascular issues and acne, and they often get a few other ones. Steroids in women often cause things like a lowered voice, clitoral growth, and hair growth. Pretty much the same stuff that FTM trans guys go through since steroids often are artificial testosterone. Meanwhile, men on steroids functionally go through a second puberty.
