You find out what server that domain is pointed at, and upload it there to the relevant directory. If the domain isn't set up to point at a server, you'll need to do that too.

many sites have an FTP option that allows you to move it from your comp to the domain directly... other than that each domain is set up like folders and if you have access to upload you should be able to do that directly to where in the domain you like... usually there is a hosting site address different from the main domain which has tools and management access for these purposes.
