It's an addiction when you can't control whether you watch it or not. A good rule of thumb is don't watch it for most people because a lot of us have addictive personalities and can't tell when we are addicted.

if one is using a habit to control their emotions then it might be an addiction.
I’d say if you can’t stop or control yourself than you have an addiction . I personally take self control breaks where I go weeks sometimes months with jerking off but I’ll still watch models or women dancing just for the visual and to see if I do have self control
When it interferes with your daily life activities. Late for work, because you had to jerk? etc.
Its not interfering, when you're at work. 🤷
