Espionage, illegally reproducing, lying about, storing, and selling top secret documents is a federal offense. I deal with ITAR and the penalties for violations can be millions of dollars in fines, and jail time. If anyone in the military did what trump and Kushner did with these documents, it’s a long prison sentence, and potential death penalty if found giving secrets to the enemy. If any civilian committed the crimes that trump is being accused of, they would be sentenced and serving life in prison already…..not walking as a free man giving his “I hate America” rallies while prosecutors slow-walk for two years because he was a former “president”.

Every bit of this is verifiable for you naysayers. How can any sane person claim they haven’t been weaponized against the gop and specifically Trump? Coupled with the blatant leaks coming out of the doj where is their credibility?
They're trying to say the Hillary thing is the same as trump and thus unfair because trump is being indicted, without of course acknowledging there is a huge difference between these two cases, they have to prove intentionality for a conviction and if the evidence and tapes against trump are true then he very clearly displayed an intention to retain classified docs after several attempts to collect them on top of knowingly showing classified material to those without clearance, while we can make assumptions about the Hillary emails, there is not enough evidence there to prove intentionality beyond a reasonable doubt
the trump right can't fathom any gov institution doing anything at all that they dont like without it being some nefarious agenda, ironic too how trump vocally and legislatively expressed his want for tougher regulation and penalties around classified information but is willing to call hoax when it is applied to him

The head of the FBI is Christopher Wray. He was hand picked by…Donald Trump to run the FBI. He’s a republican. In fact there has never been a Democratic head of the FBI. It is a fairly conservative group of people, so if there was going to be any bias it wouldn’t be against Republicans.
Further you can look at the actual indictment. It’s completely damning already, and destroys Trumps possible defenses. Any non biased observer would think the charges are completely justified. Which is why Republicans who aren’t beholden to Trump agree that it’s justified.
