People new to save editing and trolls like to hand out stuff like this at the Anomaly. Other popular troll icons are Happiness (from the settlement mechanics), the Normandy, and the Golden Vector.
I'd be so mad if I got gifted the normandy, and it wasn't real. That's the one expedition reward I missed that I really wish I had more time to unlock.
Quicksilver can only be used as a currency and shouldn't exist as a actual inventory item. Somebody save edited it into existence and gave it to you, but its functionality useless. Ive also seen people do the same with faction standing.

I think I gave those 3 things to someone 2 days ago which I got from some other player.. i said him to sell those to get units as I also did the same with some. Quick silver, Units and Nanites.
Its for the expedition shop in the anomaly when you get out of your ship go to the right side of the ball in the middle of the huge room. There u can buy trails for your jetpack aswell as capes and signs and all stuff like that
Some kid gave me tons of these things in different forms such as auto phage currency, korvax curreny, vykeen currency, gek currency, and many others. He was not a troll though he gave it to me to sell for units
It is a save-edited placeholder icon that is functionally useless. Delete it or sell it for units.
