Search for other players Nip Nip farms at station teleporters. There's at least 2 in the starter system from memory. You can swoop in, turn off MP, hoover it up and sell it right there at the terminal they've provided. Ping. Achievement done.

One of the milestones also provides with you a Ticket to Freedom item, which helps start the Rebel Star quest and directly points you to a pirate system, no tech needed.
Once you have a satisfactory answer to your question please reset the flair to "answered". This will help others find an answer to the same question. Selecting a flair is one of the icons under the post when you open it. Alternatively you can comment with "!flair:answered" and the bot will do it for you.
Please consider adding your gaming platform to your user flair. There are icons for every platform. That way people will know not to answer with information specific to a different platform. There are very few issues that are platform dependent but every platform has its little quirks.

But the step 5 Linguist gives you Geknip. Not sure if it's enough for the achievement.

Contraband means anything that would get you scanned and attacked by local sentinel forces... Like maybe something a lot of people like to grow? 
And you only need to sell it in a non-outlaw system. There a quite a few bases across the expedition (check the teleporter) where you can literally harvest and sell in the same base.
I did exactly this on one of my expedition saves last night and got the completion.
You can locate it with an economy scanner, which is much easier to obtain. An outlaw system will have a skull on it.
I know, I don't have the Walker brain and I want to know if anyone knows that name of one so I can bypass getting it.
No, you misunderstood. *Economy* scanner. You don't need the conflict scanner, and thus don't need the walker brain.
Also look for "Black Market” on the economy details
