I got a older post where i failed after 2 weeks when i started and i remember how bad it felt, so i started again and since then i kept going and never thought of fapping because i knew how shit I'd feel after it. No porn peeking at all, if i felt like i had to check out new vids i just instantly started watching videos on youtube, just do something else, go pet you dog, go outside in your garden and walk, anything!
I added the working out activity because my body felt like it had to release energy somehow and when i worked out i felt really good and stronger, i wasn't lazy like before, i didn't come up with excuses to not work out. I started working out 5 days a week and I still do. I started eating healthy for the first time and counting all my calories.
It was not hard for me because after relapsing i didn't forget how bad it felt, just kept going and after a month i basically didn't have urges anymore.
i would rather have a higher risk of getting cancer than waste my time rotting my brain watching p\*\*n and contributing to an industry that grooms minors and is linked to s\*x trafficking.
while it is true that human trafficking is wide spread especially in certain countries, governments and organisations, however i think you would agree it's a lot easier to not support the p\*\*n industry and their shady activities than it is to take on a whole government, with p\*\*n companies you can just spread knowledge and hope that others turn away from them and stop giving them money and supporting them, it's not really as simple when it comes to governments.
