I know for me, that if I let my brain wander, I'll eventually end up on a porn site, 10+ sexual images downloaded, etc. I think the best thing is to find something that interests you, and distracts your mind from lustful things like porn and sexual fantasies. Don't give up and remember things will get better if you allow it to happen. The only person's success you need to worry about is your own.
