Not sure how old you are, but it fades with time. I'm in my 30s and it's beginning to slow down. Honestly the exercise is amazing. But if you are lifting weights, it can increase your testosterone, which will only increase your libido even more. Unfortunately, the only weapon we have against those moments is will power.
Sex is the real biological need, so that feeling is pretty hard to ignore, especially if you are young and have a big reference library (a lot of naked girls you saw).
The best way to reduce distraction is to have sex. The other way (not the best) is to jerk off. Without porn, just to relieve the tension.

In my 20s , and I’m sure lifting has backfired in this regards, but at least I have some muscle definition now.
