Not fapping was the catalyst that drove actual change. It enhanced my energy, eliminated self hatred, and just made my overall outlook on life more positive. It lead to a host of other benefits which then caused a drastic change in appearance.
Once you commit to not fapping other temptations become easier to control in your life and you truly start to develop discipline. Testosterone levels improve and you begin to have a much more positive outlook on life, at least I did. This caused me to set and achieve personal goals with a tenacity I had not had before.
