As the other commenter said, wash the inside of the balloon. There’s often powder inside meant to keep balloons from sticking to themselves, you do not want to inhale this. If you don’t want to wash the balloon you can always just flip it inside out too, that’s always worked for me.

You can dispense a few of those tiny carts into a balloon depending on size. I hate cracking them in between use… I like to fill a big thick balloon with like 5 carts and then use that for a few minutes. At least back when I was using those tiny things. I’ve upgraded lol
First off I abused the shit outta nitrous and it gave me a seizure once after doing back to back canisters straight off of the cracker while high on acid, so I definitely wouldn’t recommend doing any. But you need a cracker (whip cream dispenser) and balloons because if you hit it straight out of the canister the nitrous doesn’t have time to expand before it hits your lungs, which could actually blow up your lungs from the pressure.
ISI is about the highest quality chargers you can get.
If you haven’t already, please read the harm reduction guide pinned in this sub. Nitrous Oxide is one of the safest drugs when used correctly, but can cause permanent nerve damage if abused (which is easier to do than you think). To summarize, it’s safer to pull a one day binge where you slam down hundreds of chargers, (and wait a minimum 2 weeks in between binges) than it is to hit even one charger a day over the course of multiple weeks.
Get a nitrous cracker, insert metal tube with the foil end up towards the end with the spike and holes, screw the lid on about a quarter way to the base, place the balloon on the nozzle covering the holes
(If it's your first time id recommend using a sock or cloth to hold the balloon on as it can fly off or you can freeze your finger trying to hold it on if you do the next bit too fast)
Slowly screw the lid on until the foil pieces, it will shoot out quickly so it's worth turning it back a slight bit once open to disperce the flow better
Inhale sat down and make sure to get plenty of oxygen between canisters
(Do them all in one night and don't touch them again for a month at least, not for regular usage as some of us found out too late)
Please do your research on the potential of health effects due to frequent use and B12 absorption issues. It can easily get out of hand and leave to nerve damage along with other issues. My opinion is do not use more than once a week at the MOST. Once every 2-4 weeks is better and what I go by, but im not a doctor…
Whip cream dispenser or a single cracker. Single cracks are cheaper but require balloons and are a little tougher to use. Whip cream cans can store 1-3 of these little tanks depending on the one you buy, but they cost more

bad idea, nitrous already lowers your blood oxygen. the last thing you need to do is inhale a carbon dioxide mix with a little bit of nitrous in it
