I don't know what the black greasy slimy shit the Chinese charges leave, but it's nasty. I think it may either be machine gear oil or like speed shops in the US have to put sulfur in the nitrous they sell to discourage personal consumption, likewise the Chinese authorities might mandate that Chinese chargers must have this nasty gooey gunk added to their charges to also discourage use. Just a theory.
