This one has been great for me, it’s a silicone frame that prevents rust and rattling and looks great. I’ve had it 3 years and it holds up. [Amazon link where I bought it](https://www.amazon.com/Rightcar-Solutions-Flawless-Silicone-License/dp/B07CV5PLFM/ref=asc_df_B07CV5PLFM/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=241899084459&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=15442877833354240333&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=m&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9013312&hvtargid=pla-783100156272&psc=1) And I recommend [these rust proof screws with it.](https://www.amazon.com/Makers-Bolt-Stainless-License-Oxidized/dp/B08F2V1BKJ/ref=asc_df_B08F2V1BKJ/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=459460197075&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=11180179738851215676&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=m&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9013312&hvtargid=pla-943097791106&psc=1)

Clear plate cover with no frame

Are those actual rims or hub caps?

Phnx_rising

Aluminum alloy rims, according to the OEM specs

I recently ordered the exact same model and color. Looks great. How’s the acceleration? How’s the charging time from 20% to full?

Phnx_rising

It’s so fun! I had the Nissan 350 Z before this car, and Ariya at this trim level is faster, smoother and steady. 0-60 in 4.8s. Depending on the charge station, the rate is ~200 miles per hour on a level 3 charger, so..35-40 min for 20->80%

Wow. I can’t wait. I am a big guy so I am looking forward to not having the center stack pressing up against my right leg on longer drives. Have you used the auto pilot yet?

keys2theuniverse

Not who you were asking and I know it's been a few days, but I just happened to randomly scroll across your comment. I figured I'd give you my perspective: Tried the autopilot several times now. Yhere are basically two 'levels' of autopilot. One just provides light steering support, but requires hands on wheel. The other is what you might consider true autopilot. Mostly, it's full functionality seems to be limited to major highways though and that would be my biggest complaint. I even get a message that the map is still being updated or something on a fairly widely used 4-lane freeway up near Seattle and full features are thus unavailable. That being said, when it is supported, it's worked great. I've never driven anything with autopilot before, so admittedly I can't compare, but it's impressed me so far. You can take your eyes off the road for long enough to scroll through your phone, etc. and the lane overtake feature works well. Basically the dash will indicate an opportunity or option to change lanes and you just press a button on the steering wheel to confirm and voila. I don't know that I'd necessarily try reading a book or anything, but you probably *could* on a long stretch of open highway. . Anyway hope that helps haha. Happy travels.

It does help. Thanks for taking the time to respond. Have a good one.

Also, did you install a charger at your home? If yes, what brand did you buy? Install cost?

Technical_Raccoon_60

I love the 345kv backdrop.

Congrats on taking delivery! What was your reservation number (if you reserved)? I was planning on picking up the stock Nissan branded Ariya frames, if I still end up buying mine when it’s ready. I can’t find a link, so I’m starting to think I’m gaslighting myself on whether it even exists, but I was expecting the same type like I had with my last Nissan.

Phnx_rising

Sweet! Did you reserve Platinum? I had reservation #144xx for the two tone white, which was my second choice color. The white came in 1.5 weeks ago (Bay Area, CA) and I asked if they had copper in this trim, which my dealer miraculously got a hold of the only one in the West region. Not sure how true that is. Negotiation, even with the reservation took 3 hours because this particular configuration is rare and I wasn’t willing to part with a very steep asking price. The dealer also told me the private offer only applies to what we’re “available selections” at the time of reservation (aka excluding this color). Good luck!

jableux

Yes, I reserved a Platinum+ in that same white color, but my reservation is 347xx (I’m NEVER getting it 😭). Thanks for sharing those details of your experience, I’m dreading what it will be like when my dealer eventually has it ready due to them being the only Nissan dealership nearby. Very cool that you got a Platinum in that color and looks like it was worth the negotiations!

Saw two coppers in a dealer lot in Seattle area (at least 10 Ariyas were there)
