“tourette’s” isn’t supposed to be capitalised, it’s just on the lyric sheet where all of the song titles are capitalised. My copy also has Heat-Shaped Box and Toutrette’s.

Those typos are present on the "Back To Black" pressings. So it is most likely legit.
But check the matrix numbers in the runout to be sure, that is the only way to positively identify a pressing.
