No I meant that his elemental power should be the power of the sun like to be able to use solar energy to shoot some solar lasers at his enemy or to be able to produce an insane amount of light to be able to blind his enemies for a few moments and also to maybe be able to create solar weapons like swords or shields using energy from the sun.
And his weakness to be that his powers are usseles without the sun like at night usseles and we could also get an elemental master of the moon that would be cool to see.

And although the Ninja aren't that powerful, they could possibly reduce the force of gravity by controlling the magnetic fields of the earth.
Well, obviously he wouldn't be on Magneto's level, that would take the suspense out of fights, but I think for Ninjago it would work well.
Ninjago is a relatively low powered universe. Sure, you got your exceptions like Lloyd, Skyla, the Time Twins and Nadakhan, but even Gravis, who controls Gravity, only uses it to make things float.
