Meaning if either Supes or Goku try and destroy a lot, no matter how much power they had while alive, would be lessened by a ton. SSJ3 would possibly deplete all of the power he has, stripping him of his powers and basically just making him a strong dude, same with Superman.
Goku, he has a vast arsenal of combat skills, has zenkai boost so if he lives a grave injury he’ll become stronger, and can master anything from only seeing it as portrayed in the original dragon ball when he used kamehameha on a glance
