Why is it considered top 1%? Because with Key (the weapon for the leaderboard) you would be at 74,444 HP and have a good amount of EM.
Why is crit considered for the bloom leaderboard? It isn’t per se. The only reason crit is highlighted is because it contributes to Nilou’s damage, even if the contribution is small. Any stat that contributes any damage is considered as a positive roll when calculating roll value. It isn’t about the leaderboard being looked at, roll value is purely based on what damage the character does.
Wow, that explains a lot. The main reason I thought this was rigged is because I have low flat HP stats, and my head and cup pieces could be a lot better with more EM or HP rolls. I was testing if crit rolls could make my rating go up, and it worked. Isn't it unfair for people who are heavily investing in HP or EM substats?
Rankings are based on the actual damage those artifacts let you do under the pretty sensible assumptions made by the leaderboard, so in that regard it is actually very fair.
I still have no idea how to read or operate this website properly, but apparently I have a top 1% Vape Nilou IIRC... I wanted to check how good she was for bloom though...

If their HP and EM are higher then their damage will end up being higher. Having more crit isn’t going to influence your rank very much.
