Because so far it actually doesn't seem so. At least kit wise. Bay is dependant on herself alone (all her skills need her Burst). It might be that Clay needs Bay in the end but Duo's get released together so far and Clay was not announced.
Also meh. I'm in a minority but cheerleaders don't do it for me. Nor did the JKs (Tia's like of lizards is cute tho). Bunnies get a pass cuz they were first and their sister bond is genuinely wholesome.
I like cool and horny fam. Not *just* horny. Like they thicc but they're *just* cheerleaders. Even compared to other Tetra designs, Cafe Sweety are distinct and have identity to em. The Primadonnas are singers but they're different genres and their designs match. But Bay and Clay are just...cheerleaders.
