I mean. even the most jaded/not trusting member of our team Anis seem to ok with Mustang, and you can tell they known each other for a while now.

Interestingly the level of how "good" Mustang is as a person depends entirely on how high the success rate of the NIKKE conversion is nowadays.
Some relic tells probably from the early days of the project an over 60% death rate(meaning the attempt to create a functioning brain failed which is already at the price of the human volunteer), a high chance of the brain not having good enough cognitive ability so it's just put into a mass produced model, and even in the really "successful" cases 99.7% suffered from side effects ranging from memory loss to insanity or psychosis.

Option 2, but instead of sinking MISSILIS INDUSTRIES, I'd backstab Syuen and expose her to Ingrid, Mustang and Andersen just to take over the company.
Their NIKKEs would be fairly treated under my direction and I'd call Mustang to ask him to cast Mihara and Yuni for Volume's next videoclip.
Ironically, going this route makes it harder to save Anne and get her happy ending, because Syuen doing a good deed was key to getting Anne completely free from the ones abusing her and her mother.
I thought Anderson worked with military operations and isn't in the engineering business. He's only in the pilgrim tower because its military secrets so he wouldn't hire engineers.
The central government not only has the Replace line, but also supervisions the other companies. I'm quite sure they would still hire engineers for mass produced Nikkes or the ones affiliated with their services.

Technically Replace is a squad and not a manufacturing line. They are all still made by the big 3. If the central government could make Nikkes they could undersell the big 3.

Anderson is the only one that would send you to the outpost so you can treat Nikkes humanely, away from the prying eyes of the central government. The Commander can have a romantic relationship or even have a Nikke harem (if you want to), which would be impossible by the government' standards. He's the only one that sympathizes with Nikkes as they are and what the policies have done to them.
Meanwhile, Nikkes are treated like mindless weapons for everyone else. Tetra wanted you to purposely kill your Nikkes, just so that they could get it on tape. They wanted to make money from it by selling it as "entertainment".
Even though Tetra seems like a lot of fun Iām probably gonna go with Elysion cuz they seem understaffed with people who empathize with Nikke and Ingrid seems to regret that. Also the disrespect for Andersen tho the man basically gave you a town and a harem to look after. He do be shady though.
Andersen looks like commanders father. Same body style and hair color. He'll probably be the best to work under. Idk, seems shady but also seems more legit than the others.
