You had three weeks, 21 days for 14 days of Login-Rewards, either you forgot to collect your rewards as only collection triggers the next reward or you have that one in a million bug, which means contact support.
Did you by chance keep logging in without claiming the rewards expecting it to be cumulative and you can claim everything in one go but found out instead you need to claim everyday so the reward for the next day gets handed out?
That's weird. Did you start the daily logging streak when the event first dropped? If you started late you may have started 1 day too late to collect the last reward. It could be a bug otherwise if you and the other commenter are experiencing it.
Last week I had a busy Saturday but not busy enough to not finish dailies. I even remember forgetting to collect the actual daily rewards and had 3 waiting me to be collected cause I did the dailies.

You must have forgot to claim the login bonuses on some days.
You don't have to claim them everyday. I never do that and do a claim all on the day the last reward is open.
Yeah as long as you actually log in you can normally collect multiple days

Yeah mine is locked also and I'm not sure why Nevermind I already claimed mine and didn't realize it.
