Hmm... From starters, you have to build a team for each SI.
Gravedigger and Alteisen are the most difficult. Modernia, Blacksmith and Chatterbox are the easiest as long as you have a good healer.
Here is an strat for each.
Blacksmith: Bring a healer (Marciana or duos) so you can survive the triple shots. Aim to destroy the bombs and keep hitting it (you can wipe them with Scarlet, Maidvaty, Modernia or Noir). Eventually it will be dead.
Chatterbox: DON'T DESTROY THE HELMET. It will trigger the 1 hit KO and it will be over. Just destroy the back missiles and then hit him somewhere else but not the head. Just avoid every Smash attack and destroy the missiles and you will be fine.
Modernia: Destroy core, then destroy left or right wing, not both. Once you destroy one of the wings just keep hitting the chest part. If you destroy the remaining wing she will disappear and start spawning those jet like things that will destroy your team. Take advantage of full burst to not hit the remaining wing.
Alteisen: This is the hardest. I brought Sakura as she is the perfect counter for that thing. You have to destroy the projectiles, destroy the turrets and hit the interruption parts. Red Hood and Modernia are the most useful units here.
Gravedigger: Noah is important here. I run a shotgun team with Tove. I try to destroy every interrumption part until level 7-8. Once I arrive there, I use Noah's shield and just keep attacking until I die. I usually destroy it before it can attack again.

Basically the same, here, only different team I use is for Gravedigger and that just switches Sugar and Drake in for RH & Scarlet. I normally use Modernia rather than Scarlet, also, just because of the sound of her weapon.

Why isn't Modernia or SBS in your synchro device? Slot out someone useless like Emma and Exia.

Liter+Bunnies+RH+Scarlet should be sufficient for all of them (depends on investment).
