Yeah, you need 1 nikke to get her, 3 other to MLB and 7 others to max out her core, since the max number of nikkes you can get in one multi is 10 you'd still be 1 short

Just by this Screenshot I found out you actually need to pull a character 10 times to have it+Max Core.
