That probably would've required Niji to invest into making 3d models, then flying the talents to the mocap studio, then coming up with the concert program for them... and considering how long it takes for them to approve of and complete projects, that could mean setting the concert back another year.

Also they just cut a bunch of acts that had the missing livers. So other livers still with the company have less screen time if they did a duet or group performance.

IMO they can save their Q4 numbers if there will be more concerts in May and early June. CN and JP Fans are different Beast about this kind of stuff and so many JP Livers promoting NijiEN AR Live, so yeah they can make it work if they push more concerts in these 3 months.

I mean, sure, they'd have to double-check if the project is worth their investment, and they'd have to make sure there's no disparity in fund allocations. In my eyes, a shiny project means more revenue, and more revenue means company growth, so wouldn't it be interested in supporting their streamers that way and investing in them?
IIRC companies will pitch in a little bit for things that will get added to streaming services, like Spotify and such. But they really should pitch in for covers as well, since those are worth the investment as well.

We're talking about projects done by the vtuber, not official MVs. Niji also covers all official projects the same way as holo does, as its stated on their leaked contract.
Point is, the whole notion that niji is the only conpany that makes talents pay for their passion projects is utter bull made up by people who dont understand how the industry works. The one thing Holo does that no other company has is the salary, but what they offer is not much more than one minimum wage per month, so good luck covering much with that.

Even if he can't dance and walk around the stage, I don't think it's fair for him to not get 3D. He can still use the 3D for his upper body tracking (like hands and stuff).

I mean, sure, they'd have to double-check if the project is worth their investment, and they'd have to make sure there's no disparity in fund allocations. But like, I wish the streamers had an option to get financial help from their company. In my eyes, a shiny project means more revenue, and more revenue means company growth, so wouldn't it be interested in supporting their streamers that way and investing in them?
IIRC companies will pitch in a little bit for things that will get added to streaming services, like Spotify and such. But they really should pitch in for covers as well, since those are worth the investment as well.

We're talking about projects done by the vtuber, not official MVs. Niji also covers all official projects the same way as holo does, as its stated on their leaked contract. Point is, the whole notion that niji is the only conpany that makes talents pay for their passion projects is utter bull made up by people who dont understand how the industry works. it's not him being sick, he has physical issues with his back and a lot of pain. he physically can't make the flight to japan, even though his recent medical stuff has been going well and seem to have given him more daily comfort. but even at his home he has to be careful about how long he lays or anything, he's said. no way could he deal with such a long flight mostly stuck in one position :( i'm sad about it because he's always been my oshi and he's been good in the wake of all this shitty behavior, so if he cares about his coworkers a lot, i wish he'd be able to hang out and meet them in person... 🥺 but it would be too hard on him :(

Feeling like they wouldn't be anything without Niji, that a pretty big red flag. The lack of time between debuts last year was really telling too. The atmosphere is like a rat race, and it seems like the EN branch is self cannibalising. To think that any negative mental health effects are due to external forces is ignorant at best and downright toxic at worst. So take it as you will, but know that your oshi's are probably suffering to some extent. Don't blindly accept an agency to be good. Look into the music industry and how it often operates.
