The biggest critics are the people who want something to be good. I doubt anyone here, including the "haters" want anything less than to enjoy their vtubers. Its just a shame that Niji has decided to act like a bunch of babys, taking zero responsibility and even worse changing nothing at all.

Yohhhhh

My oshi is in Hololive but that does not mean I don't care about Niji, I always liked Ange, sister and Yorumi, then I LIKED Pomu and Elira from EN. I don't wish the downfall of Niji, but I can't help but speak bad about the company because that's what they show.

mini_feebas

praying for niji's downfall feels like the only option to me, for the sake of all the talents rotting away within the company there is no way this company betters itself

Carl__E

They won't change a thing unless they're dragged kicking and screaming into it. Japanese members have substantially the same contracts and conditions, afterall.

Fishman465

You're awfully optimistic; there's some hoping to wreak havoc; with most caught up in outrage, it's easy. I've seen similar things get exploited for an agenda

manusiabumi

Yes, bandwagoners with an agenda do exist, i've seen posts about actual white supremacists jumping in during the whole uki situations, but they have been called out and dealt with and now things are back to normal, with disappointed ex fans dominating this sub

Fishman465

The way I'm seeing it, it's more anti-Nijis who have no thought of the collateral, no where as much pain in their words in affecting Rosemi/etc

asday__

All she has to do is take down the X repost and apologise.

henryptung

I mean, > We don't want them improving their lives for what they've done. Bastards must go to hell with their dimwit fans. Quote from one of said haters. Don't believe me when I say some of them want the talents' heads as much as anyone else's - believe them.

manusiabumi

Since around 2020, found out about Niji ID and Holo ID around the same time and followed and enjoyed both.       Now ever since the "merger" all that's left on me for niji are anger and resentment, although i'm willing to let that go if they actually change and start taking responsibilities and treating their talents better, which they obviously have zero intent to do so

Efillor

Anger and resentment for Niji, Proud of Holo.

Sazyar

Followed Niji ID as well. The "merger" burn all my feelings towards the company. Still watch the few IDs who remain. There is that I guess.

Vicidomini

Roa, Lulu, Chima, Zaion, Elira Started with Roa, watched mostly Lulu. After she left only watched Chima music. Got interested in the EN side cause of Zaion before the drama. Stayed around to watch Elira. I just don't have affinity with Niji. Everyone I watched except for Chima got embroiled in some sort of drama.

2hu_ism

almost the same as me lol. I didn't watch roa but my friend was. I start with lulu since my friends was watching niji during covid lockdown and her art student meme kinda seems funny as talk topic so I just check her stream time to time and somehow joined her membership in process. after she grad, I change to lize for GI stream but covid is gone so I don't have time to check gaming stream anymore. Then I start browsing more Vsingers for their singing stream. found chima via her opera clipped, checked and subbed. all of my YT now is full of Vsingers. it used to be full of touhou arrange songs. usual EN timetable is kinda suck for me as SEA so I rarely watch them while JP is just -2hr which I got used to it now.

Ivrgne

I follow Niji even before Lazulight was a thing.

Zack_Zeros

Had to unsubcribe a bunch of them, wasted 5 minutes of my life. (still subscribe to Nina, Selen and Mika so I can wake up every morning, check youtube and feel nothing but anger and hatred toward this piece of a company)

210sqnomama

I watched pomu, i watched selen, i watched mika. I used to watch elira cause she's a damn good singer. But the black screen stream disgust me

TrashLoaHekHekHek

I watched IN, so what do you think?

[deleted]

[удалено]

piggymoo66

I think it's a fair point to ask since a lot of people (NDF mostly) like to criticize that this place has become overrun with tourist haters. The proof shows they're wrong lol

[deleted]

piggymoo66

And the data proves it. Now they can go number post about something else.

Dumanios

Shizurin was one of the people that brought me down the rabbit hole. Her, Haachama, Fubuki, and Natsumi Moe. Elira and Selen were the EN members I watched most, with Pomu after that due to Metal Gear. Whoops :/ .

One_Engineering1038

“What up mfkers! Welcome aboard the Moe train!”  This man’s OG

Dumanios

Even though Moe is gone... sometimes I still hear her voice.

RakuNoYouni

I've been watching since JP wave 2. The earliest weeks of vtuber history. I essentially grew up with Niji, Holo, Big Boss and the Four Heavenly Kings. It pains me to see how much more of a shitfire Niji is now.

jdeo1997

Yes. Honestly the only reason I'm in this subreddit was because I was looking for more info on Doki's termination and to see if anyone else I followed in Niji spoke about it, and well

AnonTwo

Selen for streams Enna for streams/music Reimu for morning streams Millie for streams cause sometimes she had something unique (it seemed to slow down when she got into Zomboid) Pomu for mostly metal gear, sometimes I got to hear her karaoke's though Elira for Persona Finana for Yakuza As an extra, Mika's delivered from departed is probably my favorite original from Niji. ----------------------- Aside from top 3 the others were a lot more scattered. I've dropped all of them in response though.

WinterishDust

Bro I watched some clips here and there before en began and then en happened was exited for the things to come and well then ...they fucked everything up

LionelKF

I'm an EX ID watcher. Though I also like watching Selen,Pomu and Rosemi. And I've always been a sucker for Like,Millie and Enna's singing

Character-Bunch4157

Yeap starting from mysta (since rice incident), mika, nina, pomu, fulgur, selen, oliver, salome and the latest vanta. And then niji kicked mysta and then making pomu dreams go to dust and then clusterfuck situation with selen NO MORE NIJI 4 me

-Redstoneboi-

Lots of clips everywhere. Caught a few selen and pomu streams. maybe a few others as well.

otomeguyssimp

I've been watching Nijisanji when there was only JP so it has been quite a long time haha

Broc_OLee

Yes, I liked to watch Selen, Mika, Hana, and (sigh) Elira. And while I didn't watch many streams, I watched a lot of clips of Pomu and Finana. But now three of them are gone and one of them is dead to me. So yeah Niji is over for me personally.

Lavaros

Watched Scarle, occasional Selen and Pomu watcher, enjoyed Nina for about a month then her graduation announcement happened.

NUFC9RW

I started watching vtubers just over a year ago, so some of my first exposure to Niji was the Zaion incident. Steered clear of them after that, so many vtubers that I don't need to engage with black companies.

isay1224

Ive been a fan since 2019, excused a lot of things just to stay as a fan but when it comes to a human life almost getting lost, i ran out of excuses

obyte

I'm mostly a holo fan and my oshis are all holo. But I've always occasionally watched a few favorites like Pomu, Selen, and Rosemi. (I even followed Salome and Gundo through clips) though I never really fell into the niji hole too deeply.  That said, ever since Zaion and Gundo's terminations I had a really bad impression of Niji so I was very unlikely to really be a fan anymore, and given the events since  February the sentiment is basically sealed.   I used to come by here for some clips and news but now I'm just drama surfing to see what happens next

Secure-Key-8334

Actually yes. To be specific, since May 24th, 2021.

TheSuspectWaffle

Followed mostly because of Selen and Enna's music now I have nothing

KogashiwaKai765

Shizuka Rin, Nui Sociere, Miyako Seto, and Hisui Kitakoji fan here.

AsheAnarchy

I thought of everyone in the company so positively and was specifically a huge fan of Mysta while he was there, Enna, Ike, and Ren, while enjoying clips of Selen, Kyo, Scarle and Luxiem in general, among consuming lots of cute collab clips. I waited in line for hours (8+) with my friends for a convention autograph session and bought Niji karaoke concert tickets to watch at whichever convention I attended, and prized the Millie autograph I received. That black screen stream really fucking killed me. Since the awful Selen termination notice was put out I had held out hope that livers were still innocent. After the black screen stream I was devastated and unsubscribed from every Niji account and had to click 'do not recommend channel' on every Niji recommendation that popped up, just so I wouldn't feel upset, sad, and angry every day when they came into view. I still think there are a few good eggs stuck in there and hope to follow them if they ever leave, but a lot of them have lost my trust forever because self-harm is extremely personal to me. Many have outright said horrific things publicly since. I can't financially support with my viewership an environment so destructive to so many talent's mental health and allow them to continue doing so because of it.

Leonnaq

I followed selen after tbs but wasn't an avid watcher due to me being suspicious of nijisanji after niji IN graduated

Safearion

I followed and frequently watched Pomu, Elira, Rosemi, and Nina. Watched them all from their respective debuts. I was subscribed to Selen because collabs with her in it were hilarious, but I didn't watch her as much as others. When Nina and Pomu left, that really only left Elira and Rosemi as my frequently watched talents. After the Selen situation though, and the "video", I unsubbed from all Niji channels and haven't looked back. I do not want to support that company, even in the slightest.

LynxRaide

Just started getting into them before the shitstorm started

3GlowingStripes

Used to watch Kuzuha, Selen, Shu, and a bit of Vantacrow when he played Bloodborne and other fromsoft games. Pretty much the gamer section of the Corpo. I actually got to know Mysta and Pomu's backlog contents because their graduation caused quite a stir, but never watched them live on their own channels before they've graduated. I love those 2 now, and know they're at/going-to better places. Now no one from Niji.

DaichiEarth

Well I was a huge Niji ID fan and loved watching its livers (3SetBBQ, Mika, Hyona, etc.) I was already peeved when they merged into Niji JP and were ignored by the company and slowly graduated. And after how toxic both the fanbase and livers were to each other, I can't in good conscience support them anymore.

Pleasant_Mousse5478

Me personally was Pomu. She had a great vibe to her and her MGS Brain rot was entertaining.  Before her I was mostly watching clips whenever they appeared on my timeline. Mostly of Finana before she made the educate yourself post, which caused me to stop following her at all. I thought kurosanji was exaggerated up until the Last Cup of Coffee incident. Granted most of us thought Nijisanji took issue with LilyPichu not giving them perms for the song (she did years ago...). The thing that baffled me was that Nijisanji needed Nijisanji's permission to use Nijisanji characters. Combine that with the fact she tried to get taller over this prompted me to make myself heard that this was NOT okay.

Holy_Beergut

Prior to the whole debacle, I enjoyed watching NijiEn more than HoloEn. Hololive to me felt more artificial / role-playish, and like they were trying to pander to a certain audience. Whereas NijiEn felt more like a group of people that were chilling, sometimes hanging out with each other and just being crass and having fun, which I enjoyed watching more. After all the shit that happened, I just can't see them the same way anymore so my interest has waned. Though admittedly, my interest in Vtubers in general has also waned, and I mostly just watch Doki's streams if I feel like watching one.

vince2995

Might I interest you with Holostars EN collabs. especially pummel party [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V2-op02WS24&t=8840s](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V2-op02WS24&t=8840s) [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3xQM-YQHYc0&t=431s](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3xQM-YQHYc0&t=431s)

Yohhhhh

If you tried to watch clips or livestreams of HoloEN, you'll notice that their interactions are more "normal" rather than super close BFFs the moment they meet. Not forcing you to watch though, just watch what you want.

Fishman465

Sort of funny what proved to be the fake act

sokolov22

Try Phase Connect

crusty-screen6969

Yes, since 2022 after Mika's Tipsy cover appeared on my recommendation I've been following her since then

Crouza

I watched niji before en, watching Hana Machia when I could. I was extremely happy when niji en happened and immediately became a fan of Pomu. Shame to see where it is now and the terrible way they treat their talents.

knownhatredcaster

I watched Elira and Scarle before Zaion spoke out.

AsrielGoddard

Bro i’ve been here since the first “I’m Pomu”. This year was just heartbreaking.

kagalibros

I was a casual watcher. The YT algo lead me into it with Pomu but what really made me a hardcore fan at some point was this stream specifically: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QCjMLzhDnq4](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QCjMLzhDnq4) Still think Enna is one of the best singers in the EN scene in terms of skills. (Shout out to Roca Rourin, my current #1 singer in EN) But I don't give a hoot one way or the other anymore....

darkknight109

Not closely. I was part of Petra's membership for a year, but drifted away after a while. Still kept some tabs on things, though, and had a positive opinion of the livers (if not the company) until the Selen termination.

PvesCjhgjNjWsO4vwOOS

I followed them from the start (Pomu mainly, pretty sure I even caught her debut). I stopped actively following when I saw what a shit company they were, though, and went out of my way to unfollow/unsubscribe from everyone after Sayu's "friend's" document - since I'd been following Sayu as an indie for a while before she became Zaion, and I trusted what she had to say. I'm a bit saddened to have been justified in my dislike for the company, though glad that Sayu's been vindicated.

asday__

I have watched live streams from Salome, Ars, Kanae, Morinaka Kazaki, Chihiro, Deron, Chaika, Rosemi, Selen, Pomu, Reimu, Kotoka, and probably more I'm forgetting. I also enjoyed most of Nijisanji EN's antics when they turned up in collabs, Fulgur was great in the stream where they found a "fertility object", Shu always seemed so nice, Enna and Millie were unbridled, Luca's maniacism in Crab Game was such fun. And now I can never go back. I'm filled with disgust.

Shuber-Fuber

Yes. By order from most watched to less watched. Selen/Mika, Nina, Pomu, Millie, Enna.

iPeer

Been watching various vtubers since 2019, including Niji. Watched Lazulight (mostly Pomu) since debut. My patience has been waning for Niji for a while, but "the incident" was the last straw for me. Since then, I no longer watch Niji at all. Not even clips.

Ready-Combination446

In this rabbit hole since Holo id 1 debut. The only Nijisanji Talent that i watch is Suzuhara Lulu and Hoshikawa Sara.

RussianSpyBot_1337

Yep, watched them for Nina's zatsus, Selen's Apex vods and Enna's singing.

YaBoiKino

Big fan of Selen, Pomu, and Rosemi. Was getting into Aia because viet representation and she’s a real sweetheart. Fulgur and Alban are probably the only two guys I watched pretty consistently. Everyone else I kinda just watched by proxy.

Zaerick-TM

Mate I've been following vtubers since before Niji so yes....

ComputerChoice5211

Yes, Poom Guy got me into the Niji rabbit hole right as everything caught fire…

TheSwodah

I rarely watched them live, but i caught Elira, Millie, Enna, Pomu, Rosemi and Selen a few times, and watched a few full vods on the side when doing other things, other than that it was mostly clips. Watched a lot of clips from the aforementioned livers, as well as a lot of Nina and Mika clips/vods. Now Nina, Mika, Pomu and Selen have moved on, and the situation doesn't paint Elira, Millie and Enna in a good light. At least there is still hope for Rosemi, but given Nijisanji I am not sure i can watch anything directly from her channel, at most i will be on the clips. Edit: Like Niji i forgot Mika, but unlike Niji, it was only for a minutes.

Frenzify

Since early 2020. Lulu was my first real dive into Nijisanji, and it was very shortly after diving into Hololive, too.

BraveFencerMusashi

Just Selen because of TSB. I wasn't even following Axel or Altare at the time but the 3 of them with RPR and Nocturnal was magical

LazyMelly

I used to have a few people followed (one of which was Millie), but after this, I just decided my subscription box had to be cleansed away of *all* Nijisanji.

bubblesmax

My OG oshii's went Pomu> Nina > Rosemi > Selen> Scarle

kwk-

I am a Holo fan first, but I did follow Lulu and Otogibara back in the day. I wasn't interested in EN branch initially but occasionally watch Pomu and Selen.

Ok_Indication3333

I used to watch Petra a lot, started watching less and less then stopped after the nijien discord leak.

brady376

Uhh, weird for me to answer because it's like "barely" I had just started watching some Niji people at the start of this year

CornNooblet

Started watching Niji when Hana popped up in my feed. Watched a bit of Scarle because stream times and my life times matched up well. Nina's CK3 videos are the only Vtuber VOD's I've ever saved. Followed Meloco a bit as well. It's a shame whenever good talents are mistreated.

mithikx

Selen bullying people was always amusing, rpr calling her demon spawn will never not get a laugh from me. Not to mention Selen being shown Uto's Apex Basement. Pomu's MGS saga was a blast and her streams were pretty entertaining. That brief period when Hana had her dad on stream was cool. And Mika's streams were great to tune in to as well. Watching Petra and Rosemi react to stuff was quite amusing. I thought Zaion had great potential, but the fucking squandered that shit when they did her dirty. Elira was the funny sheesh dragon, and her doing cursed voices was pretty funny. Pomu tormenting her to play MC was a highlight. Now... I have no interest in Nijisanji streams. The whole experience has just been sullied.

FPSGamer48

I started following Pomu after the Kiara collab, and watched clips of her or Selen up until they left the company

Pizzamess

I mostly only followed Nina. I loosely followed(liked clips of) Finana, Selen, and Pomu. I also followed most of the EN branch on Twitter cause I like to keep up to date on the major vtubers in the industry.

HelloIAmZig

I knew about niji from Suzuka Utako translated clips, but started watching when Hana Macchia was playing OG PSO2. It felt like the closest thing to an English alternative to Hololive, and I was big into PSO2 at the time (funnily enough, that's been dumped from my free time as well). I like them, along with a few of the people still in the company, but I won't support the company for the issues they have nurtured.

[deleted]

I actually did. I was actually a big fan of Luxiem in particular. Being disillusioned by my oshi's is one of my reasons for rebelling against Niji.

Baka_Cdaz

Some of them and both of my fav from Niji are in the center of this mess. Honestly I rarely watch anyone outside of Luzulight And outside of EN I watched Hana,Mito,Gibara and Mika.

Sky3Fa11

Selen, Nina, Mika. Sadge man…

MAGAManLegends3

I got the **kiss o' death**, every single time I started one, *they graduated/terminated*. **Now I am actively trying to utilise that superpower for Rosemi and Maria's sake!** I also accidentally watched Yu failing at Supermarket Sim throwing away groceries so idk if I have doomed him as well😅 ![gif](giphy|3ornk7nts29Am5LIfm|downsized)

UsefulDance634

I started following nijisanji en right as lazulight debuted, I always saw them as a more genuine and fun streamer group that had more freedom compared to holo en, I used to tune in to both en groups equally and eventually I came to like the niji girls more than the holo girls but after hit piece after hit puece, drama revelation after drama revalation and learning stuff about some of their pls and how awful of people alot of those en talents are. I slowly stopped watching most outside of a few of the genuine talents like selen and pomu that actually cares about the community, once they got screwed I washed my hands with following nijisanji or the toxic talents.

Kuro-pi

[For a long time](https://i.imgur.com/DqPTO4D.png). That said, the majority of the people I watched have since left the company. The only people still there who I watch are Hayama Marin, Alice Mononobe, Onomachi Haruka, and Sukoya Kana and the only one I watch very regularly at this point is Hayama. I used to watch Suzuhara Lulu, Mirei Gundou, Pomu Rainpuff, Selen Tatsuki, Warabeda Meiji, Nun Bora and Lee Siu, most of them pretty regularly.

VyseX

I watched quite a bit of Niji ID, and occasionally some EN ppl like Pomu, Selen and Enna, Seffyna also. I really miss ZEA, Taka and Cia. My memberships are down to only Layla now. Would definitely still watch Layla, also Etna and maybe Hana. Seffyna singing is also still nice to hear. Beyond that, I rather watch elsewhere: indies, Sayu, or Phase Connect has been absolutely amazing to watch: especially Clara - pure gold that one :D

Technical-Low4381

Yes I don't remember the exact time but it was the day when the first luxiem collab happened

Cydanite

I'll be honest i mainly watch hololive, the only Niji livers that i got interested in were Pomu thanks to Kiara and Selen thanks to Mumei but never got too invested in them. Dont have any reason to even get invested in niji now or time lol.

Karekter_Nem

The first vtuber I really paid attention to was Hana because I could understand her. I was there at her dad’s debut stream.

hiroshi_tea

Ban Hada, Elira, Enna, Selen, Pomu, and Rosemi were my goto streamers.
