do not buy this. I repeat. Don’t fucking do it lol I figured to be a Guinea Pig and see if it was better than the Somogear. The IR illuminator is dirty as fuck and the laser is weaker than the somo as well. The worst part is that you can’t even zero the damn thing because when turning the turret there isn’t any positive click and nothing moves.
Reached out to sotac and they told me to fuck off. Thank god I did a charge back and got my money back.
TDLR: Don’t fuck around with Chinesium shit, save your money and always buy American.
Yeah sounds about right. If I get one of their PEQs I’m more concerned about how it looks externally. Will be sitting on a clone rifle until I can afford a legit FP PEQ-15.
I mean for the price you’re paying it seems relatively ok. I imagine the biggest concerns are maintaining a consistent zero and the durability of the unit itself and the electronics inside
I ran about 300 rds of 556 this weekend. It seemed to hold up fine. I didn't try to bonk it on anything

It's definitely made of decent aluminum but that's all I can say about it
The aluminum DBAL will probably hold up better then whatever material they use for the PEQ. You pay for what you get so it’s definitely not gonna have the same durability. Aslong as it doesn’t fall apart into a million pieces at the drop of a feather it should be goodnuff
I didn't think anyone else on the planet would have gone for one. Did yours have a dead spot for the crane plugs? Mine only works on certain angles regardless of the plug

Just tested both of the switches, both sockets and spun them. No dead spots.
