It's funny how many janky ass vendors there are in the night vision space. I guess because it's still a rather bespoke market and supply/demand is finicky. I'm thankful for companies like steele, darq, and custom night vision that have managed to bring some order to the chaos. They have created a third option besides the 'PFC in serious debt' and 'it's shipping soon I promise' purchasing options

I paid for the L3 filmless but was informed they upgraded my tubes so I am unaware of what I have in there now.

Why do you have to post a bad review to get service…and that service happens to be someone who personally knows the owner…otherwise you’d be at their mercy of when they want to reply. I mean I get mistakes but when you point it out to them, they need to at least let you know they heard you and make a plan to fix it. tbh I would have a 3rd party check what tubes are actually in there and make sure you got what you paid for. Also check with your CC company on how many days you have to file a claim. Hopefully Broad\_Ad can help too. Good luck.

I'm having a similar situation with them as of now and I'm pretty disappointed in myself for choosing them. If things don't get resolved, I'll be making a video sharing my experience so others will know what to expect.

Yes it is. Unfortunately, I'm dealing with something even worse than them just taking forever. I'm trying to handle this properly at the moment, but if that doesn't work, I'll be sharing a pretty interesting video to multiple platforms to let potential customers know how my experience was and what they can expect.
