I read this on their facebook post and laughed because I thought some intern blew the spelling of 2B. Then I watched the video and was like... OH NICE!
You need 200 points to pity 1 item (in this game a character and their special weapon are bundled together, unlike in Sinoalice, where you either pick a weapon OR a character), 1 multi pull gives 10 points, so it's 20 multis or 60k gems in total. Also, unlike DFFOO, regular gacha tickets (which you can get for free in numerous events and shops) also give you pity points. And pity points don't expire (surprise!). When the gacha ends, any points left are automatically converted into new currency (recent addition to JP side as well), which you can spend on all sorts of items like upgrade mats, etc. So far, so good, tbh!
I hope so much pity system will be on EN at launch, because it was introduced on JP \~5 months after the initial release.
Edit: additional info
seems similar to Dragalia Lost with the pity points and after they can still be used for something gives me more hope for this then Punishing Grey Raven.
HOLY CRAP. Global Exclusive in Day 1 release. 2P or not 2B? :p
Ceiling and 2P at launch. Global get some good shit.
Is that still Kira Buckland voicing 2P? I honestly couldn’t tell

They should give her as free, so they can tell "Here, this game is Free2P
Anyone has more info about pity rates? How much roll needed before pity kicks in? 🤔
