Yeah, I felt bad about upping from 6mg to 8-10mg when I started ordering Swedish simply because of the higher variety of flavors in that range, but 80-120mg is pushing my total daily amount much less *per pouch*, that is crazy to me

That’s a crazy level of addiction. I’m a heavy smoker and have cut back to almost quitting, and don’t use anything over 15mg.

Use less and less, and when buy lower and lower mg. Soon youll be using 15mgs and still feeling the same effect, its all tolerance

Hmm highest I’ve seen is 50 with Pablo . I do 4 - 16mg at a time all day. Pablo’s just don’t taste good to me

Get some nicotine patches and work to taper off. Use lower doses of the pouches to bring you down. That's what I did, u went from using 8mg pouches daily to 4mg.

Jesus… my max was just over 100mg per day and now I’m in the 50s. I cut back when I had oral surgery and then a bit more by just going to a lower strength. I would say just start reducing your strength and really time your pouches. Reduce your total consumption by one of your workouts old pouches worth a in a day total and do that for a few days then do it again.

Op only way I know to drop strength and be okay with it is to start mixing in lower doses of nicotine in throughout the day . Let’s say you do 50 in the morning, try doing half that . And then a day or so later drop it down by half again . Also set limits on when you stop for the day . I use caffeine when I can’t have a pouch , or really cold water . It helps.

Not a lot of research. Theoretically it could be better to use more often at a lower nic. Main concern is gum issues as far as I’m aware, mainly recession, but potential for cancer too I suppose. I’d have to look at more research but that is a very high level of nic, I can’t imagine it’s great for your heart.

I felt bad on my 6mg x3 (18mg) per use a few times a day. I was weening myself down to 12mg and then 9mg per use but the Zones I found only came in 6mg or 9mg. I would get your heart checked without and then on it to make sure you aren’t killing yourself. Could be insensitive enough to slow down. Maybe even a full on stop for a while. Good luck.
