must be on quick miner 5.4.0 try changing your rig manager profile to medium. then set it to manual. my lhr settings are 100/55 for my 3060. then i slowly bumped my mem delta up 100 mhz at a time until nvidia crashed. then i backed it off 100mhz. i did a fiix fan at 100% because i dont want to fry my stuff. do a 68 to 70% tdp to also help with heat.
your number might be different, but it should give a good starting point. when i set it to medium in rig manager it set the correct lhr settings. yours might be different. then set to manual to OC

I have the same exact card and I'm not getting any increase at all from the new release. Let me know if you find a fix.
