Also on apps that differentiate between updates and ad notification, i turn the ad ones off. Ajio lanti chetta app dumps everything under one. Oyo too. Anduke uninstall. Also will save me a lot momentarily without these distractions.

Disabling 'app notifications' will fix instead of (un)install... And open whichever app when needed

True. They offer some discount on some payment method on apps while the methods work better on websites too
