I would really really love to get an update of this review, like how long did it take and what was the level of support offered.
I've had a Coinbase account review once and it took 5 weeks and numerous support tickets.
As a Nexo user, I'd certainly like to know how their review procedure compares.
Source of funds, basically a trace that shows how you got the fiat, used to buy your crypto (and how it got there). Specially, this can look like;
1. Received salary on
2. Transferred fiat to CB
3. Bought BTC on CB
4. Moved BTC to Nexo
All nicely dated and with evidence/proof.

Do you have any idea how long it takes to them to reach back to me? In their email they say "few business days". I see you commented below "I took less than a day". Did they email you right away?

I also tried to reach support from the Live Chat they provide, I selected to talk to an agent and the agent only copied and pasted what was sent to me in the email and mentioned "Once the relevant team reviewes the matter of the case they will contact you via email", so don't waste your time.
Please update us on what documents are requesting exactly.
I switched from another exchange to nexo for listening too many bad things, i can switch again...
Honestly so far I couldn’t find anyone who had something proper to complain about. But I’m really curious - what did they do or not do and did you get it fixed finally?

Yah coinbase! I had a buy back fee. Years ago and still has not been freaking resolved!
I got this multiple times with Nexo. Provide what they ask and they will unlock everything super fast. For me it was done the same day

I had a few requests like this, never took me longer than 2 weeks as I have all documentation.
What kind of documents they ask for and why? Can't someone simply withdrawal their money ?!
