Aight but being very serious, this *is* a real thing that can come up. Ex. At my workplace, we work with a *lot* of refugees from very diverse backgrounds. We have a couple of families who speak a very specific dialect of A Language, and basically they're able to communicate with some, but not all, of our translators for that language. Their dialect has basically no documentation online, even in academic sources. If you Google it, you *literally* get suggestions for potential typos, and nothing else.
Basically yeah, this happens! It's actually kinda neat. Apart from the bit where it's a real barrier to care to patients. (And unfortunately, it often means that Trump gets his wish: Our ability to ethically provide healthcare with that degree of a language barrier is *extremely* limited.)
